At LOVALL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit; if you're not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all LOVALL tags are intact and the return slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
